Using accredited leading cognitive behavioural coaching techniques these sessions will allow you to focus on immediate and longer terms issues and opportunities that may be causing you stress, frustration or uncertainty. My flexible and empathetic style allows the sessions to flow in a natural way allowing you to open up as much as you want and need to from which a roadmap of SMART objectives and actions can be defined and regularly reviewed.
