I’m Antony Bream, a commercial and strategic advisor working with founders, scale-ups, and financial institutions navigating growth, regulation, and complexity in B2B technology and financial services.
Over the past 30+ years, I’ve built, scaled, and advised businesses across fintech, regtech, SaaS, and professional services, often at the point where ambition meets operational reality. My career spans senior sales leadership, go-to-market strategy, board advisory, and hands-on execution, giving me a practical, grounded perspective on what actually works when organisations need to grow, change, or de-risk.
Today, I am Founder and Managing Director of ribbit consulting, where I help early-stage and scaling companies turn strong ideas into repeatable revenue, credible enterprise propositions, and trusted market positions. My work typically sits at the intersection of product, sales, regulation, and execution, particularly in highly regulated environments where confidence, evidence, and outcomes matter.
Alongside this, I work closely with financial institutions and regtech providers on challenges including financial crime, operational resilience, AI adoption, and third-party risk, helping teams move from regulatory intent to practical, scalable implementation.
